Job advertising

SpaYse International provides an advertising service for your job vacancies. This allows you to attract top talent through the agency’s range of online advertising solutions (including listing on www.caterer.com and www.catererglobal.com), active networking with key contacts and social media communication.

 

Details

  • Clarification of technical and personality requirements via teleconference
  • Creation of an advert together with the client
  • Publication of advert on online channels
  • Forward any received CVs and applications to hotel member
  • The hotel member does its own screening, filtering and interviewing.
  • Due to the nature of this service, there is no guaranteed placement.

 

Price

1,500 HotelCoins for 30 days of posting of 1 vacant role.

Recruitment

SpaYse International provides a full recruitment service, from mid-level management to operational personnel, as per its Standard Search Terms.

 

Details

  • Clarification of technical and personality requirements via teleconference
  • Creation of an advert together with the client and publication on online channels
  • Filtering, screening, interviewing and referencing of applicants
  • Offer management between the hotel and the applicant
  • Replacement of the candidate if the person leaves the job within 6 months from start date

 

Price

  • 5,000 HotelCoins for a role with a remuneration package up to US$ 75,000 per annum (salary, bonus, lodging etc.)
  • 7,500 HotelCoins for a role with a remuneration package of more than US$ 75,000 per annum (salary, bonus, lodging etc.)
  • HotelCoins are due to HotelSwaps at the time of work commencement and will be released to SpaYse on the start date of the candidate.
Executive search

SpaYse International provides a full recruitment service for senior hotel executives such as General Managers and Executive Chefs, as per its Executive Search Terms.

 

Details

  • Clarification of technical and personality requirements via teleconference
  • Creation of an advert together with the client and publication on online channels
  • Filtering, screening, in-depth interviewing and referencing of applicants
  • Offer management between the hotel and the applicant
  • Replacement of the candidate if the person leaves the job within 12 months from start date

 

Price

  • 10,000 HotelCoins
  • HotelCoins are due to HotelSwaps at the time of work commencement. 50% of these will be released to SpaYse at time of contracting and the remainder will be released 3 days following the start date of the candidate.
  • All travel and advertising costs related to this type of search are paid by the client.
