In constant production since the Roman era, the 19th Century incarnation now houses a state of the art winery with vat room, barrel store and a striking tasting room and event space, all designed with the visitor in mind. Fully renovated between 2013 and 2015, the first vintages of the new era at Château St Pierre de Serjac will be bottled in 2017.
