The Cliff Townhouse is a small luxury boutique hotel of just 9 individually decorated guest rooms and suites overlooking St. Stephen’s Green in Dublin.
The hotel is housed in a historic building dating back to the late 17th century, when the northern side of St. Stephen’s Green was known as the “Beaux Walk,” where some of Ireland’s most esteemed families lived during Dublin’s Georgian period. Upscale boutique shops and lively restaurants are found throughout this prestigious neighborhood. Trinity College, one of the city’s top historic sights, is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Well-known galleries, museums, theaters, and concert halls are within minutes of The Cliff Townhouse.
Each of the nine high-ceilinged and spacious guest rooms is elegantly decorated, some retaining their original fireplaces, and several overlooking St. Stephen’s Green.
The hotel’s restaurant mostly emphasizes fresh, local seafood served in a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner are served seven days/week and the restaurant attracts a fair amount of non-guests, coming for business lunches or simply to enjoy oysters and champagne before heading to the theatre.
The Cliff Townhouse is a sister property of Cliff at Lyons in Celbridge (County Kildare) and The Cliff House Hotel in Ardmore, which is the award-winning flagship hotel of The Cliff Collection. The small hotel group is known for its modern design coupled with classic service, as well as its impeccable F&B offers crafted by Michelin-starred chefs.
HotelSwaps is pleased to welcome The Cliff Townhouse as its first member hotel in Dublin.
